Content targeting individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is not tolerated.
Explicit sexual messages, solicitation, or any content involving minors are absolutely prohibited.
Threats of violence or self-harm will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Promotional content, phishing, and financial scam attempts are prohibited. We also watch for automated behavior — bursts of messages, likes, or new accounts at a pace no real person sends — not just what a message says.
Sharing others' personal information without consent is not allowed.
Deliberately spreading false or misleading information violates our policy.
Content related to illegal activities is not permitted under any circumstances.

Using Nolies Connect to solicit or advertise commercial sexual services, escort activity, or any form of human trafficking or exploitation is strictly and explicitly prohibited. This results in immediate, permanent account and device termination and a report to law enforcement — this is treated as a top-severity violation, not general "inappropriate content."
Profile photos must be genuinely your own, current likeness. Using someone else's photos, AI-generated images, or another account's identity is prohibited and is screened for on every photo upload.
Asking a match for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or banking details — inside the app or by moving the conversation elsewhere to ask — is treated as a scam attempt and enforced accordingly.
Users under 18 receive additional protections. Any content sexualizing, targeting, or endangering a minor is treated with the utmost severity: the account and every device associated with it are banned immediately, evidence is preserved (never deleted) for law enforcement, and we report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, as required by law, in addition to removing the content. If you encounter anything that may involve a minor being sexualized, endangered, or exploited, report it immediately using the in-app "Report" button (marked highest priority in our review queue) or email safety@nolies.xyz — do not attempt to investigate or engage with the account yourself.
