Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" on the homepage and fill in your username, email, and password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account.

How do I get my unique sender link?

Once you create an account, you'll automatically get a unique sender link like nolies.xyz/u/yourname. Share this link on social media or with friends.

Can I change my username?

Currently, usernames cannot be changed. Choose carefully when creating your account. Contact support if you need help.

Sending & Receiving Messages

How do I send an anonymous message?

Click on someone's sender link, type your message, and click send. Your message will be delivered anonymously.

Can I record audio messages?

Yes! On the sender page, click the microphone icon to record an audio message. The message will be sent anonymously.

How do I see who sent me a message?

Messages are anonymous by default. However, you can use "Sender Hints" (costs 50 coins) to get clues about who sent the message.

Can I delete messages?

Yes, you can delete messages from your inbox. Deleted messages cannot be recovered.

Creating Social Cards

How do I create a social card?

Open a message and click "Reply & Share". Use the editor to customize the card with colors, fonts, and backgrounds. Then export and share!

Can I add my own background image?

Yes! Upload a photo from your gallery. The app will automatically blur it to create a beautiful background.

What formats can I export to?

You can export cards as images (PNG/JPG) or as videos (MP4). Videos are great for Stories!

How do I remove the watermark?

The watermark can be removed with 50 coins. This helps us grow while keeping the app free for everyone.

Coins & Payments

How do I buy coins?

Go to the Wallet section and select a coin package. Choose your payment method and complete the purchase.

How do I earn free coins?

You can earn coins by watching rewarded ads (10 coins), referring friends (50 coins), or logging in daily (5 coins).

Do coins expire?

No, coins never expire. They're yours to use whenever you want.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. Contact our support team for assistance.

Safety & Blocking

How do I block someone?

Open a message and click the "Block" button. The sender's IP will be blocked and they won't be able to send you more messages.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Click the "Report" button on any message or profile. Our moderation team will review it and take action.

Can I unblock someone?

Yes, go to Settings > Blocked Senders and click "Unblock" next to the sender you want to unblock.

What happens if I violate community guidelines?

We may suspend or terminate your account. We take safety seriously and enforce our guidelines consistently.

Account & Settings

How do I change my password?

Go to Settings > Security and click "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account and click "Delete Account". Your account and all data will be permanently deleted.

How do I manage notifications?

Go to Settings > Notifications to enable/disable notifications and set quiet hours.

Can I switch between light and dark theme?

Yes, click the theme toggle in the top navigation to switch between light and dark themes.

Technical Issues

The app keeps crashing. What should I do?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the issue persists, contact our support team.

I can't record audio. What's wrong?

Make sure you've granted microphone permissions. Go to Settings > Permissions and enable Microphone.

My messages aren't syncing. How do I fix this?

Check your internet connection. Try logging out and logging back in. If the issue persists, contact support.
